Employment Opportunities

The Economic and Manpower Analysis Division, within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, conducts analyses for the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense on resource and economic issues affecting defense programs, plans, and budgets. We seek candidates who have completed or are nearing completion of a Ph.D. in economics for full-time permanent analyst positions. Duties include data and policy analyses with applications to the fields of health, labor, resource, and fiscal economics within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Applicants must be U.S. citizens and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The DoD is an equal opportunity employer.
